play.bat for windows missing quotes (play-2.0.3)
Reported by Patrick Brunner | September 8th, 2012 @ 09:42 PM
I have played around with the play run command, to override the default port 9000.
So I tried the following command: play "run 9001"
On windows system this command always failed.
Now I have changed line 46 in play.bat
call %buildScript% %additionalArgs%
call %buildScript% "%additionalArgs%"
and now it works without quotes play run 9001, maybe not the right way, but a least it works for me now.
Comments and changes to this ticket
- The following command doesn't work on Windows.
C:\helloworld>play run 8080 8080"" was unexpected at this time.
- Work around for now is adding a VM arg before run as following.
C:\helloworld>play -Dconfig.file=./conf/my.conf "run 8080"
- Windows 7
